Description

Two antique Peruvian cast brass horse riding stirrups. One stirrup is decorated with relief images of a horse's head in harness, the other stirrup is decorated on both sides with images of a human head in a magnificent headdress and stylized floral reliefs. The closed shape of the stirrups protects the rider's legs from injury.
