Elena Lyudvigovna Korovai was a Russian painter, graphic artist, teacher. Possessing an exceptional pictorial feeling, Elena Korovai worked boldly, discarding unnecessary things, achieving exceptional color vigor. The geography of her life: St. Petersburg, Barnaul, Samarkand, Moscow, the Caucasus, Crimea, Samara. Some of her works have been lost in Samarkand for a long time. One of a kind artwork.
