A pair of 19th century Japanese cloisonne brush pots with floral decoration, early Meiji period, circa 1880s. Attributed to Namikawa Yasuyuki, 1845 to 1927. Each of a cylindrical form, covered with dark cobalt blue enamel decorated with polychrome enamel flowers and brass wired petals. The central medallion depicts a cloisonne enamel floral arrangement on an aventurine ground, the base, upper rim and medallions with red pellets borders.
