First Edition of Kobzar by Taras Shevchenko 1840, facsimile reprint, in Ukranain, in original slipcase with brochure, 1978. To the Sun by Leib Kvitko, published by OGIZ, Moscow, 1948, with illustrations by V. Alfeyevsky. Taras Shevchenko, 1814 to 1861, was a Ukrainian poet and political figure.
