Marked and copyright in the print, lower left. Boevoi Karandash is a creative association of Leningrad artists who produced propaganda posters and collections of satirical drawings in the middle of the 20th century. This phenomenon of mass art is often referred to as such. Mileiko Vladimir Bronislavovich Mileiko was a famous satirist, cartoonist, poster artist, illustrator. Member of the Union of Artists and the Union of Journalists of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region.
