Description
A Russian mixed media on board painting attributed to Boris Kustodiev. Possibly a sketch for the famous oil painting of Kustodiev titled Russian Venus created in 1925. The painting depicts a nude Russian girl with long hair in a bathhouse. Boris Mikhaylovich Kustodiev, Russian, 1878 to 1927, was a Russian and later Soviet painter and stage designer. One of a kind artwork.

Matte 19 x 15 1/2 in. Inside matte 12 1/2 x 10 1/4 in. All measurements are approximate.
Condition
Overall good vintage condition. Signs of wear and age. Has some stains and tears. Refer to photos. Sold as is.
