Signed with monogram and dated, lower right. Titled lower to the center. Vladimir Aleksandrovich Galba is a Soviet cartoonist and graphic artist, Honored Artist of the RSFSR, animal painter, illustrator of literary works, master of political caricature, who in Russian texts received the status of personal enemy of Adolf Hitler.
