A Russian Soviet rifle shooting classifying badge, 2nd class, for the border guard troops of OGPU featuring a diamond-shaped award with enamel detailing. At the top, a red enamel star prominently displays the Soviet hammer and sickle. The central feature is a set of crossed rifles over a target with two red banners in the background.
