A WWII type German Schutzstaffel dagger of SS members of the 1936 model with a chain suspension. The dagger blade is straight, steel, double edged, dagger type, with a pronounced central rib. The handle is made of stained black wood. The dagger has a black scabbard, decorated with metal accents and chain with relief imaged of sculls. The scabbard is attached to a metal chain.
