An Art Deco manner lacquered metal compact designed by Jean Dunand. The ware is inlaid with eggshell on the lid. Circa: 1920s. Jean Dunand, 1877 to 1942, was a Swiss and French painter, sculptor, metal craftsman and interior designer during the Art Deco period.
