Signed by both aviators and their commander of the first regiment of cosmonauts Nikolai Kamanin. Yuri Gagarin, 1934 to 1968, a Soviet cosmonaut and first human to journey into outer space. Grigory Nelyubov, 1934 to 1966, was one of the original 20 Soviet cosmonauts, who was dismissed from the Soviet space program in 1963 for drunk and disorderly conduct.
